Dear Valued Customer,
We keenly appreciate your continuous support and
cooperation in carrying on business with .........
to meet Express needs, where we do our utmost
efforts to ensure matchless services.
As this is already in your information that all
International Courier Brands are billing us in
dollars on advance payment terms, where we close our
business transaction on same day with them.
Fluctuation in US dollar to higher side is badly
impacting Courier Industry, our business terms with
your organization are not on Cash / Advance payment
basis, consequently, business transaction in PKR is
incompatible.

Therefore, with Effective from 1st September,2023 we
will Invoice in US Dollars and payments will also be
received with the same day US Dollar conversion
rate. Following points are being jotted down for
your better understanding;
Billing is being
shifted from PKR to US Dollars.

Invoices will be
sent in US Dollars on daily basis.

US$ Exchange rate
as per the NBP’s TT selling rate will be applied
on the date the payments will be received.

Payments will be
received in PKR and will be reflected in US$ in
your ledger with conversion rate of the same
day.

Outstanding
balance will be converted to US$ and will
reflect in your ledger as opening balance.

Conversion rate on
outstanding balance is based on the period the
balance is outstand, if the amount is constant
since last 6 months, and it was due to pay 6
months back, the conversion rate will be applied
of 6 months back.

You can pay your
outstanding amount within 7 days, till 7th
September, 2023 to avoid application of old US$
Exchange rate on your outstanding amount.

as well to maintain your financial transaction
smooth with current market and aligned with
industrial dynamics.
